Voice services from Vivox have been enabled in many regions, including andwest, andwest bay, Norderhov, Barcola (conference center). Also the Dayturn region running on a Raspberry PI 4 has voice enabled.
Look for the white dot above the avatar which should be visible if voice services are available if you have enabled voice in your viewer.
