BulletSim plugin for OS X updated

The BulletSim physics plugin has been updated to a version that lowers CPU load on the servers, and fixed bugs and issues. There is no new functionality.

Postgres updated

PostgreSQL has been updated to version 9.4.1 for the grid.

Downtime for system upgrade

XMIR was down for system upgrade of a critical server. Some unexpected problems were encountered which had to be resolved with assistance from Apple Support. All is good and stable again.

PostgreSQL updated

PostgreSQL has been updated to version 9.4, the asset database has been migrated and moved to a dedicated server tuned to run Postgres.
