General Data Protection Regulation - GDRP

The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union and the European Economic Area.

XMIR is hosted in Norway which is a member of the European Economic Area, where the national version of GDRP (Personvernforordningen) went into effect  on July 20, 2018.

The GDRP has been written into Norwegian law by an update to PersonopplysningslovenLOV-2018-06-15-38: Lov om behandling av personopplysninger (personopplysningsloven)

The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with XMIR or relating in any way to your use of the XMIR grid or website is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Norway. Conflict resolution court is Jæren Tingrett, Olav V's Plass 1, 4301 Sandnes, Norway.
