XMIR is hosted in Norway which is a member of the European Economic Area, where the national version of GDRP (Personvernforordningen) went into effect on July 20, 2018.
The GDRP has been written into Norwegian law by an update to Personopplysningsloven, LOV-2018-06-15-38: Lov om behandling av personopplysninger (personopplysningsloven).
